Decadencia Bistro & Café

By Gary J. Arzt An e-mail inviting me to lunch, to discuss business, gave the name and address of Decadencia Bistro & Café. While I knew the neighborhood - a stretch of Coral Way between the Brickell financial district and Coral Gables - I never noticed the restaurant. Situated in a contemporary building on the corner of Coral Way and 14th Avenue, Decadencia has a nice terrace in front, where you can dine, and a totally windowed façade which makes the interior very pleasantly, naturally, lighted.
